Jayata is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from the reputed Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, (Five years integrated Law course), Nagpur University. She has 9+ years of experience in the areas of Corporate Secretarial and Legal matters.

She leads the secretarial compliances division of SFS Advisors.She has considerable experience in Public and Private Companies in the secretarial services and business consulting disciplines.

She also provides the services related to Secretarial Audit which is one of the new concepts introduced into the Companies Act, 2013 for bigger companies and helps the companies in maintaining a Good Corporate Governance by assisting them with our knowledge to timely comply with all the laws applicable on to the Company.
